Designation:
Rural Doc Sevak (Branch Postmaster, Assistant Branch Postmaster)
Place of Duty:
Candidates selected for the posts should perform duty in Karnataka.
Number of Vacancies:Indian Postal Department has invited applications for filling up a total of 30041 posts. Out of which 1714 posts are vacant in Karnataka postal circle.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have passed 10th class or SSLC and should have computer knowledge along with cycling knowledge.
Age Range:
Candidates should be at least 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on the last date of application.
Age Relaxation:
• For OBC candidates – 03 years
• For Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe candidates – 05 years
• For PWD candidates – 10 years

Selection Method:Based on the marks obtained in 10th class/ SSLC qualification, the documents will be verified and appointed to the posts.
